A pregnancy calendar is a useful tool to help the woman understand what is occurring at every month of the pregnancy, and to prepare her for the birth. Even though this may be an extremely disturbing stage for a mother, there are methods to conquer anxiety.

Having a close and helpful relationship with her husband is a great help, and it is important not to miss any medical consultations as the pregnancy progresses.
